Our facilitators are experienced entrepreneurs, business leaders, and subject-matter experts committed to educating, inspiring, and empowering the next generation. Through practical instruction, real-world insight, and hands-on guidance, they help students build confidence, strengthen essential business skills, and turn their ideas into achievable goals. Each facilitator brings a unique perspective and a shared passion for helping young people discover the power of their potential.
Dr. Yolanda Jackson is an Army veteran, educator, entrepreneur, and nonprofit leader with 30 years of experience supporting entrepreneurs. She is dedicated to empowering youth, strengthening businesses, developing leaders, and creating transformative opportunities through Cura Community Outreach and YEP programs.
Shaun Andrews, Founder and CEO of Mind HAC, combines academic expertise, technology, and community leadership to advance mental wellness and entrepreneurship. He develops workforce pipelines, mentors founders, and creates inclusive accelerator programs that expand opportunities for youth and underserved communities.
Crystal Spellman, Founder and CEO of Spellman Consulting Group, helps entrepreneurs strengthen capacity, supplier readiness, and contracting opportunities. As a certified PM Professional with corporate, teaching, and board experience, she champions sustainable businesses, job creation, and stronger Georgia communities statewide.
Amy Richardson, MBA, PMP, is President and CEO of Richardson Professional Solutions, providing back-office support to small and mid-sized businesses, nonprofits, and family estates. Her leadership helps clients streamline operations, strengthen efficiency, and focus on strategy, impact, and sustainable growth.
Dr. Cassie Thomas, CEO of Millenium Professional Strategies & Millenium Business Strategies, is an educator, pastor, AI consultant, business advisor, and a certified speaker with Maxwell Leadership. Dr. Thomas brings more than 20 years of corporate finance and she equips business owners, entrepreneurs, and leaders with business development.
